Pros: Nice chain coverage. Very responsive team. Good policy management feature suite, but can be overwhelming to manage once there are several policies. Cons: Some of the policy management features are lagging behind on non-EVM chains (you cannot apply the full suite of features to all chains, which makes things less secure on those chains).
